The project is aimed at reviving and promoting the cultural, historical, and natural heritage of the region, as well as creating new opportunities for youth, children, and territorial communities in Khmelnytskyi Oblast. Its implementation is based on the belief that culture and tourism, even during wartime, can be effective tools for community cohesion, development, and building resilient societies.
Within the project, the following activities are planned:
• Conducting a series of caving expeditions to the “Atlantyda” cave for the youth of Zhvanyetska community;
• Organizing a Karst and Speleology School for university students;
• Multi-day hiking trips for schoolchildren in cooperation with the Podilski Tovtry National Nature Park, during which participants will explore the nature and history of the region and contribute to the creation of new tourist routes;
• Creating thematic exhibitions dedicated to the “Atlantyda” cave in three regional museums;
• Installing a climbing wall in a rural school as the first step toward establishing a youth center for active development;
• Setting up tourist signs along the Camino de Santiago route, which passes through, among other areas, the Zhvanyetska community.
The NGO “Cultural and Educational Platform "Code of the Nation" consistently focuses on community development, supporting local initiatives, engaging youth, and creating sustainable cultural, educational, and tourism projects that strengthen regions and foster a new quality of life within communities.
