Revival of cultural, historical and tourist capacities of Khmel'nyts'ka oblast during wartime
The project is aimed at sustainable development of communities through a combination of tourism, cultural-historical and educational initiatives. It will be implemented on the territory of the Zhvanetska community of Khmelnytskyi region, and cooperation with local governments will help create a cluster whose activities can be scaled up by other communities of the region and the state as a whole.
The project envisages involving school-age children and students in speleological expeditions, the School of Karst and Speleology, and educational and research hiking trips, during which they will study the cultural, historical and natural heritage of the community, marking routes on maps and collecting important scientific information. A separate direction will be the popularization of the Way of St. James as an element of the cultural and tourist identity of the region.
