Civic Linker is a digital platform that makes European integration understandable and tangible at the community level. The project brings together civil society organizations, public authorities, and local residents into a single communication space for cooperation, dialogue, and joint decision-making.

The platform enables users to explore real European integration initiatives in the region, engage in discussions, participate in surveys, and track the impact of projects on community development and the implementation of European practices. For civil society organizations, Civic Linker serves as a tool for transparency and partnership; for public authorities, it is a channel for feedback and analytics; and for donors, it provides a comprehensive picture of changes taking place at the local level.

The pilot region for the project is Khmelnytskyi Oblast, with the potential for further scaling to other regions of Ukraine. Civic Linker promotes the implementation of European principles of openness, accountability, and participation, fostering a culture of trust and shared responsibility for community development.
